These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Elephant Sanctuary Thailand in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Thailand law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Sales conditions

General
All transactions on Elephant Sanctuary Thailand are subject to these terms and conditions, which prevail over any conditions of purchase. These general conditions of sale apply to all the benefits and  services by our Company.
The information in this site, tariffs or other documents do not bind our Company reserves the right to make any changes to the information provided in these documentations.
All orders will be completed online using the secure payment system Paypal or Omise. No other payment is accepted unless otherwise specific to our Company.

Prices and deadlines
The prices are exclusive of tax and are not delivered. Our company reserves the right to change  prices at any time without notice.
The delivery does not constitute a commitment of our Company. Notwithstanding this reservation, our company will do everything in its power to meet the deadlines it could indicate. Any transaction is subject to the vagaries of computer and our company is not liable for delays in product availability in response to such a hazard.

The products are normally available directly after the online purchase, in accordance with section 2-2.

Cancellation
It depends on each camp. If cancellation policy is not displayed on the booking page for a camp, then it will be as follow:
* More than 72h before departure : 100%
* Less than 48h and more than 24h: 70% of the total amount
* Less than 24h: strictly no refund

Payment Terms
Payments are due and payable without discount within thirty days from the date of the transaction.
Any payment not made on the date agreed to our billing address bears interest at a rate of 1% per month without any prior notice being required.
The mode of regulation is in effect the payment gateway via PayPal. No other mode of payment will be accepted unless explicitly granted in our society.
GUARANTEES AND REFUND POLICY

• In case of impossibility to join the activity on the required date: no refund will be done.
• In case of impossibility to join the activity X days before it starts: please check the sanctuary or package that you have booked. Refund policy will be different depending for each sanctuary as Elephant Sanctuary Thailand is only acting as a gateway between you and the sanctuary.
• Any other case: no refund.
